How to Choose a Luxury Farmstay in Karjat

"Luxury" can mean very different things on a farmstay listing. A short checklist helps you compare places on what will actually shape your weekend.

Start with who is coming

A couple wants quiet and a good bed; a group of twenty needs shared spaces, enough bathrooms and a kitchen that can feed everyone at once. Write down the group size, ages and any mobility needs before you look at photos.

Look past the pool photo

Ask to see the bedrooms and bathrooms, not only the pool. Real photos of the rooms, the dining area and the grounds tell you more than one wide sunset shot.

  • Bed sizes and how many people each room sleeps
  • Whether bathrooms are attached to every room
  • Covered spaces for rain or midday sun
  • Power backup and parking

Understand what is included

Some stays include meals; others charge per plate. Activities and amenities may be included, seasonal or chargeable. Get this in writing before comparing prices.

How Askara fits

Askara is a private 6 BHK farmstay in Humgaon, Karjat, with accommodation for up to 35 overnight guests. Each cottage accommodates 4–5 people, meals are included in the stay, and check-in is at 1 pm with check-out at 12 pm.

Rooms have teakwood four-poster beds and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in rain showers. Some amenities are chargeable, so ask on WhatsApp what is included for your dates.
